How to play: One person reads the Marianist Vocabulary Word Cards. Preferably only the definition is read and the participants shout out the vocabulary word. If the players have the word on their card, they put a marker on that space. Players must get five markers in a row (across, down, or diagonally) in order to win. Another winning strategy is to have markers on each of the corners and in the center; this is called "Four Corners" and also results in a win. When players get five in a row or "four corners," they yell "LINGO" and are the winner(s). (It is possible to have more than one winner per game). If play continues, players clear their boards, the reader shuffles the deck of Marianist Vocabulary Word Cards, and play begins again. A new reader can be chosen at this time. (Sample Bingo Card)
