Ray McCracken
Associate Director for Programs

Ray brings a depth of Marianist experience to NACMS. Through his participation in programs of the Marianist Family Retreat Center at Cape May, New Jersey; the Medford Marianists; the Center for Marianist Spirituality and Community in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and the Marianist Lay Network of North America (MLNNA), Ray has acquired knowledge of both the Marianist heritage and contemporary expressions of Marianist life. For many years he designed and directed retreats on men's spirituality; he has presented retreats for married couples, widows and widowers, inner-city children, and those discerning their commitment to Marianist life.

Professionally, Ray was an educator and consultant for the New Jersey State Commission for the Blind and the Visually Impaired prior to joining NACMS. He has also served the local church as an RCIA team member and a trainer for leaders in the RENEW program.

Ray and his wife Joanne life in Medford, New Jersey. He "commutes" to the NACMS office in Dayton as often as necessary. When he is not traveling to give presentations or consulting with Marianist family members about program designs, he shares office space with the Center for Marianist Spirituality and Community in Philadelphia.
