Caitlin Cipolla-McCulloch, the NACMS program administrator, has written “What Peru’s Virgen de la Puerta represents about unity and inclusion,” which appears in The Conversation. The article connects Pope Leo XIV’s previous ministry in Peru, La Virgen de la Puerta in Otuzco, and Caitlin’s own observations of Mary’s significance to the marginalized people of Peru.
Caitlin was also interviewed as part of Diálogos Porteños 2025 for the Catholic Pontifical University of Valparaiso in Chile. This interview was organized with support from the Institute of Religious Studies and Philosophy at the Catholic University of the North in Chile. Caitlin spoke about Pope Leo XIV, the Marianist Family in Otuzco, hope, and living prophetic lives. Her interview is available on YouTube in Spanish (with English subtitles).
