In early January 2026, at the Women’s Leadership Immersion at the University of Dayton, Sr. Laura Leming, FMI, NACMS program assistant, and LeeAnn Meyer, the director of Marianist Strategies at the University of Dayton, presented on the leadership strategies of Adèle de Batz de Trenquelléon and Marie Thérèse de Lamourous.

Seventy undergraduate women—juniors and seniors at UD—participated in the event and mapped their own passions and concerns to the specific leadership traits of Marie Thérèse and Adèle. It was a powerful day of bridging our foundational history with the next generation of leaders.
