Welcoming Jessica González Uhlig, Our New Program Administrator

We are excited to welcome Jessica González Uhlig as NACMS’ new Program Administrator, starting Monday, November 10, 2025.

Jessica brings almost 25 years of Marianist formation experience in administration, leadership, and mission integration, including service at the University of Dayton and St. Mary's University. She specializes in critical areas, such as mission and identity, spiritual formation, and vocation discernment. Her Marianist service also includes time as a LIFE Religious Life and Regional Coordinator, as well as work at the Marianist-sponsored Colegio San José in her native Puerto Rico.

Jessica holds degrees from the University of Dayton, an MBA certificate from their Center for Leadership, and a doctorate in transformational leadership from Concordia University (2019). Her research culminated in the dissertation, "Leading Change, a Phenomenological Study of Collaboration for Mission at Three Catholic Marianist Universities."

We are thrilled to welcome Jess to the NACMS staff and look forward to the gifts and experience she brings to our programmatic endeavors.
