How can two nineteenth-century women help us navigate the complexities of 2026? NACMS invites you to a virtual gathering of the Marianist Family on Tuesday, March 10.

In this virtual program, we moved beyond history to explore Adèle de Batz de Trenquelléon and Marie Thérèse de Lamourous as practical, courageous leaders for our time and discovered how their unique traits can help us face today’s professional and spiritual challenges. We witnessed how their past paves the way for our future. Registration closed on Monday, March 9, 2026

We utilized Jessica González Uhlig’s e-publication, "Leadership Rooted in Faith and Courage: Lessons from Marie Thérèse de Lamourous and Adèle de Batz de Trenquelléon,” for the discussion. We also recommended reading our two mini-biographies on these extraordinary leaders: Adèle, Aristocrat for the Poor and Marie Thérèse de Lamourous, Firm of Hand, Loving of Heart, available for purchase in our bookstore.

Published in the January 2026 and February 2026 editions of the NACMS Newsletter.
